About ICAT college

ICAT is the best animation college which is very famous for its digital and media communication who obtained the first ISO certification for providing excellent education in design and development. Initially this institute provides education as a part time course for the students. But due to the improvement and thirst for graphic design and technology, ICAT started its full time three years course for the students to have a colorful career. And this college is well known for providing creative education with 3Dimentional modeling and graphic designing.

Infrastructure and facilities of ICAT – Campus

ICAT has a very good campus and well equipped computer laboratories. And these laboratories are having high speed computers with internet facility and advanced software are installed to educate the students in a lively way. And the faculty working in this institutions are having very good experience in design , interface and media domain. Almost all the faculties pursue master degree with designing or with PH.D. The campus is having well advanced digital lab, studio for real time execution, design studio, students workbench etc. The main attraction towards this course is that, the placement facility provided by the college. Many foreign companies Sony pictures, TATA Elxsi and CHAYOWO games etc are the companies hiring the students with lucrative package. And ICAT also conducts short term course, workshops, guest lecturers from top motion media company people and other implant training etc.

The main eligibility criteria for applying UG courses in ICAT is that the students should have passed 10+2 with minimum 60% of marks or the students should have passed 10th standard and had completed diploma in a government recognized institution. PG Diploma courses available: The main eligibility criteria for seeking PG diploma course is that, the students should have completed their bachelor degree (B.Tech, B.Sc, B.A) with minimum 60% of marks. The below mentioned courses are the PG diploma courses available.

Admission procedure in ICAT College

Fill the application form with the right subject code.

Along with the filled application form, DD in favour of the college name has to be taken and has to be sent to the branch/campus which we are interested.

In turn college will send the hall ticket for the entrance exam.

Entrance exam will be conducted by the college campus. Aptitude kind of questions will be asked in the entrance exam. Last year question papers are also available in the website for revision purpose.

After clearing the exam personal one to one interview session with the application and the college panel will happen, based on which the applicant will be selected.
