Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has arrested by CBI in illegal assets case
In these days we have been hearing the news of arrest of various top political leaders in corruption charges. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the son of former chief minister of Andhrapradesh Late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy has been arrested by CBI on the charges of earning assets in illegal way by acquiring deposits into his firms illegally. Here in this article, I would like to present the latest developments regard the arrest.

Introduction
CBI has been very much busy in these days handling many cases that involved corruption and illegal investments. In Andhrapradesh also such cases have been investigated by CBI and got arrested big fishes belongs to political leaders, bureaucrats and industrialist. During the Dr.Y.S.Rajashekhar Reddy's many controversial Go's issued which has benefited industrialists in allotment of acres of lands and in return they have invested crores of rupees in Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy 's companies.
Vanpic Project's illegal land allotments, the base for CBI investigation
Y.S.Rajashekhar Reddy's government has allotted more than 15 thousand acres in Guntur and Prakasam districts for, Vanpic Project. The government has given many concessions for the project, allotted government and assigned lands against to regulations. Concessions have been given illegally in stamps duty, registration charges and senarage charges. In reply as part of the quid pro co method, Vanpic's promoter Nimmadgadda Prasad has been invested around 900 crore rupees in Carmel Asia, Bharati Cements, Jagati Publications, Silicon Builders and Sundoor Power, the companies of Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. CBI at first has investigated VijayaSai Reddy, the Vice President of Jagati Publications and Auditor of Jagan , after repeated investigations CBI found evidences against him and ahs arrested Vijay Sai Reddy. Next CBI has moved to investigate Brahmanada Reddy, relative of Y.S.Rajashekar Reddy and IRS office and Vanpic Promoter Nimmagadda Prasad. CBI has found the illegal Go's in order to benefit Vanpic promoters and even found Nimmagadda Prasad investing around 900 crore rupees in Jagan firms in return to the favor made by the government. Both of them have been arrested by CBI. Then CBI next move towards the investments and basic resources minister of that period Mopidevi Venkata Ramana for further investigations in the case. Mopidevi has undersigned the controversial Go's; hence CBI has arrested him after broad investigation.
Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy's investigation and arrest
Well after the arrest of Mopidevi Venkata Ramana, in reply to the summons of CBI, Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy has attended the CBI, Central B euro of Investigation inquiry on Friday for the first time. The inquiry has carried our for more than 7 hours, CBI ordered Jagan to come again for the inquiry on Saturday, the same scene has been seen even on Saturday, Jagan looked cool after leaving the inquiry venue the Dilkusha guesthouse but was asked to be present for investigation again on Sunday. Well on Sunday the investigation has went on for many hours, CBI has collected the data of why such huge investments have been flooded into Jagan's firms even though they were in loss, it has clearly given indications for CBI that in reply to the favors in Vanpic project concessions, Nimmagadda Prasad has invested such huge amounts in Jagan's firms. CBI came to conclusion that Jagan have earned illegal assets and acquired deposits in illegal ways into his firms. Media has given indications about the arrest of Jagan, finally CBI has arrested Y.S.Jagan around 7.20 p.m IST in illegal assets case on Sunday May 27, 2012. Jagan Mohan Reddy was the A1 accuser in the case, this is the 5 th arrest in the case. He may be produced in the CBI court on Monday. Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy is the founder cum President of the YSR Congress Party.
High alert in all parts of Andhrapradesh in connection with Y.S Jagan's arrest
Andhrapradesh state police department has gone on high alert in connection with the arrest of Y.S.Jagan Mohan Reddy. Police force has been deployed in major and sensitive areas of all cities across Andhrapradesh. Due to the threats of bus firings, buses have been retuned to depots in all parts of the state and all services have been abandoned. Police department have been taking many precautions to possible destruction and violence by Y.S.Jagan's fans and YSR Congress Party's supporters. The entire police department is on high alert in order to avoid destruction. Police even house arrested major leaders of YSR Congress party.
Conclusion
Y.S.Jagan, his followers and supporters feels that the government and opposition has been using CBI to De-popularize him before the Assembly bi-elections. Where as both the Congress and TDP parties are saying CBI is doing its won duty. Well we have to wait and watch, what will happen after the arrest of Jagan.
