Respected sir/madam, (it would be better if you guess the gender by their name)
Sub: Application to the job of "Database Administrator" at your office and submission of my CV/Resume. (mention the subject in brief and pleasing way because it conveys whether to read the body of the mail or not)
Ref: With reference to the advertisement given on 01-01-01 in "The Hindu". (It would be more pleasing if we are able to give the references for which this mail is delivered.)
