Health benefits of Papaya
In this article, I have described about the health benefits of papaya fruit. Papaya is rich source of fiber, mineral and vitamins. The nutrients found in papaya help the body to develop strong immunity system thus preventing various diseases. Papaya can be eaten both in raw and ripen state. The pulp, seed, flesh and skin, all parts of the papaya fruit are beneficial in some way.

- Reduces menstrual problems : Women suffering from the menstrual irregularities should intake papaya to get rid of the problem. The consumption of papaya eases the condition by promoting flow of menstruation in a natural way.
- Prevents colonial infections : Regular consumption of papaya juice reduces the infections of colon. The pus and mucus gets cleared and alleviate the infections of the colon. The fiber content of the papaya binds itself to the toxins causing cancer. These harmful toxins get flushed out , thus preventing colon cancer.
- Prevents intestinal worms : Person suffering from intestinal worm can get rid of them by consumption of seeds and leaves of papaya. Chewing and swallowing the papaya seeds with honey after meal three times a day is effective in removing the worms.
