Hi all,
I had an inteview with the world's respected and reputed company "Infosys Technologies Limited" and was selected as a software engineer.I want to share my interview experiences.
It was my engineering days when companies started visiting my college for recruiting students.It was the day just after i finished my IIIrd year semister exams
wherein i need to attend the offcampus for Infosys in another college Anits(Vizag).On the day of the campus,I woke early in the morning and went to Anits college with my friends
in a jeep where i enjoyed a lot.We all got down in the college.The people there directed us to a hall where we had a seminar on the company which was little boring to be true.
After the seminar,we were told to go to the respective rooms to attend the written test.I took the written test,it was a combination of aptitude and verbal.The exam was not so
tough as we tought it would be.After we finished the exam ,we waited for nearly half a day where we were called for results announcements.Our college placement officer called out
all the names who cleared the tests.I was anxiously waiting when the results were being announced for my name.Fortunately,my name was called out and i stood up with full colors in my face.
All my friends wished me good luck to attend the interview.All the students were directed into their respective rooms(based on the colleges).
I was the first person to attend the interview.I arranged everything in my file(resume,and markslists).I went into the HR room .I was initially tensed when i saw the HR.He asked me to
introduce myself and then he asked me to tell about a person whom you are interested in.He then asked me which game i was interested in .I told "Throw Ball" and then he asked me how many
players are there in throw ball.Then he started asking me some intersting puzzles wherein i answered 4 out of 6.He was very much impressed with my answers and asked me to await for the results.
We all went and sat in a room.We told to each other our experiences with the hr.At last,the moment arised when the results were out .It was night 1 'o' clock when we were with our eyes wide open
listening anxiously to the names called out .To my suprise,my name was called out.I was very happy hearing to that.I called to my parents and told them that i got into the company.I enjoyed a lot.
It was a great experience in my entire life which i cannot forget.
