Prepositions for competitive Exams.

In this article I am giving some prepositions and their use in a sentence and how these prepositions create a position of a noun by using before a noun. Here I have given some prepositions which are often recurring in competitive examination with explanatory notes



Prepositions

Prepositions are words which used facilitate the sentence construction.Generally these help to create a position to noun or pronoun in a sentence. The meaning of a sentence would have been elevated with the help of these prepositions. These are four in kinds 1)Simple prepositions 2) complex prepositions 3) compound prepositions 4) phrase prepositions.

simple prepositions: A preposition is word forms with two or three or four alphabets that generally used before a noun.
Ex:As, on, in, off, near etc

words which are used before noun, adjective or an adverb.
Ex:about, across along,between without etc.
