Admission to the two-year Full Time Management Courses
Viz. MBA, MBA (IB), MBA (HR) and MBA (Bio-Technology) at
UNIVERSITY BUSINESS SCHOOL, PANJAB UNIVERSITY, CHANDIGARH
and MBA at Panjab University Regional Centre, Ludhiana
Eligibility for MBA, MBA(IB), MBA(HR)(UBS):
A recognised three year Bachelor's / Post-Graduate degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in the aggregate or a pass in the final examination conducted by ICAI / ICWI / ICSI or AMIE with 50% marks. Candidates appearing in Final Degree Examination are eligible to apply and can take the test provisionally. Reservations as per approved norms of Panjab University. Concession of 5% marks in the eligibility requirements of SC/ST candidates. The eligibility conditions for MBA at P.U. Regional Centre, Ludhiana are the same as for MBA at UBS.
Eligibility for MBA (Bio-Technology) (UBS):
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biological Sciences ie., Biology, Botony, Microbiology, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Genetics, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Veterinary Sciences, BE/B.Tech (Bio-Technology), B.Sc. (Bio-Informatics), MBBS, BDS and BE (Informatics) of a university recognised by the association of Indian Universities with 50% marks. Candidates appearing in Final Degree Examination are eligible to apply and can take the test provisionally. Reservations as per approved norms of Panjab University. Concession of 5% marks in the eligibility requirements of SC/ST candidates.
Admission Procedure:
Take Common Admission Test (CAT 2007) to be conducted by IIMs on November 18th 2007 (Sunday). See CAT advertisement in leading newspapers of July 15, 2007 for details.
