If you are able to start a boutique which produces men's wear, children's wear, women's wear etc your boutique will get much better chances for success. If you want your boutique to run you should be able to provide as many facilities to the customer as possible. Try to present your dresses in the latest fashion as per the demands of today. One is IATA(International Air Transport Association Agent)and the other one is non IATA. For becoming a non IATA agent, no specialized qualification is required. You should be a 10+2 with working knowledge of computers and internet. You may contact IATA agents also to get more knowledge on this subject. You should have the ability to talk and deal with people. To start this business you should have access to a computer and phone. A non-IATA agent does not need registration of any kind as per law. But the non-IATA agent agent would nevertheless be required to contact IATA agents for purchase of air tickets. This is because IATA agents have a direct dealing with the airlines. You can purchase tickets from the IATA and then sell them to your clients.
First thing you have to do is to purchase tickets for your clients through current dated cheques.The amount required for this is between 50,000 to 2 lakhs. Once you gain goodwill you can get tickets on a 7 day re-payment period. This means you can get tickets from your IATA agent without payment, sell them to your client and then pay your IATA agent within a period of 7 days once you receive payment from your client. As you keep increasing your goodwill the IATA agent will increase your re-payment period to 30 days. You can get profits anywhere between 25,000 to a few lakhs of rupees depending on your goodwill and fame.
One can also start working on 'tours and packages' in which you have ties with hotels. You have to send clients to the hotels. These 'tours and packages' can either be domestic or international.
Cyber cafe business
Many women are running the cyber cafe business successfully. Previously the cyber cafe and computer training institute business used to be male dominated. But now women are also running this business successfully. To start a cyber cafe cum computer training institute one needs an investment of 1 lakh. One can take a bank loan for the purpose. Housewives can earn a monthly income of 15,000-20,000 per month. A woman should be computer literate for this. Graduation may be essential.
