2013 - 2014 Notification of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) Examination

Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) examination conducted by Indian Institute of Technology for masters degree courses like M.Tech and PhD admission for that academic year. The candidate / student scored in GATE 2013 examination will secure his admission for desired course and institute through counselling. From last year GATE 2012 examination candidates GATE score are using for recruitment in big organizations like ONGC, Infosys etc. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2013 conducted by IIT Mumbai, on behalf of the National Coordination Board – GATE, Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. The GATE 2013 examination is based on engineering and technology subjects with multiple choice question. Important dates for GATE 2013 examinations as follows,

1. GATE 2013 Online Application website open from :- 1st September 2012

2. Last date for online application submission :- 30th September 2012

3. Last date to collect receipt of online application at the Zonal GATE office :- 8th October 2012

4. Online admit card will be available on :- 5th December 2012

5. GATE 2013 Online papers :- 20 January 2013

6. GATE 2013 Offline Papers : 10 February 2013

7. Announcement of GATE 2013 Results :- 15 March 2013

Whats New in GATE 2013 Examination

Some new changes has been made in GATE 2013 examination those are, for paper code AE, AG, AR, BT, CE, CH, CY, GG, MA, MN, MT, PH, TF, XE, and XL online computer based examination will conduct. Female candidates who are appearing for GATE 2013 examination are exempted from paying the application fees. How to apply for GATE 2013 examination

The application procedure is simple as same earlier in year 2012. The candidates have to apply online with true information, scanned sign and recent photograph. The online payment option is available to pay GATE 2013 examination fess through Debit / Credit / internet banking to save the time.

The result of GATE 2013 examination announced online at official website of GATE 2013 on 15 th March 2013 at 10:00 o'clock. You can download or print your result for use. check your result with official documents for verification.
