Samsung Galaxy Mini\Pop need for updating

The following article is to let you all know about the need for upgrading Samsung galaxy mini phone from the default to version to Gingerbread OS 2.36. This can fix your problem of memory shortage and performance of your Smart Phone.

The Samsung galaxy mini S5570 is android phone from Samsung released in January 2011. The main problem with the phone is that its internal memory is just 160 MB and users will find it extremely difficult to store applications beyond a limit.

Here are a few tips I suggest to improve the phone internal memory. For risk free users I suggest go to your dialer menu and type *#9900#. Now a pop-up screen will come in your main screen, go for the 3rd option "copy to SD card" which will give u more space than what you had in the first place. For instance I got 32 MB free when i followed it.
For users who are willing to take risk I suggest upgrading to Gingerbread 2.36 which will give you more space and performance. For this you have to go to Youtube and learn the upgrading process from an expert. I personally don't recommend users to install Ice-Cream Sandwich 4.0 version because that may slow down the phone.
There are some applications which do improve the performnace and syle of the phone. I would recommend you all to use some of them. If you do not like these applications you can delete them after installation. The main applications that I would suggest are as follows:-

1. Go battery - helps you to manage your battery and application kill with much of an ease.
2. Go launcher EX - helps you to put in more themes and customize the phone into a stylish smart phone. This application also helps in adding many widgets to your phone which can be used for the users convenience.
3. Handcent SMS:- this is an application which customizes your texting resource. This also adds many features to your SMS that can make messaging much more easier and fun.

Samsung galaxy mini does not support Flash player so there is no point in installing programs which are only made for Galaxy S2+ phones. But if you wisely use the gingerbread 2.36 then Samsung galaxy mini is very good phone at a low cost.
