How to be healthy and active in the present day world

In this article I described about how to have a healthy and long life. The diseases are common in these days. To prevent that, all should have a good health. Apart from them the increased stress also affects the health which to be counselled to avoid. I also explained about the balanced diet and the fruits and vegetables which are good for health.
Now- a- days it is hard to find healthy people. On those days all the people are healthy in their adolescent and later period with the greater life time. But the present day world are changing so much that the life time of the grossly reduced because of poor health in the early life itself. Though infections are more common in those days, because of healthy body, they recover from the illness. But in these advanced modern world with treatment for almost all the disease, the life time is decreasing. The changing food habits and the sedentary life style are the reasons for the poor health of the people. Let us see about some health tips for the healthy life.
Wake up early in the morning. After finishing the day to day activities, just do yoga
in the morning which is good for health and mind. Since morning is a polite environment, we can study in the morning which will be well understood than any time in the day. Developing the habit of morning
yoga and study
will be good for the life. You can also newspapers with the small coffee or milk. After taking bath have your breakfast. The breakfast should be enough until the afternoon. The diet should be balanced diet. It should not contain oil rich food which makes up tired and lead us to sleep. The balanced diet
is good for health which includes small amount of fat especially the saturated fatty acids which may cause cardiovascular problems in future, the protein and much of carbohydrates. The carbohydrates form the major food source which gives more energy. The protein should be taken for the musculo-skeletal framework.
The mind should be fresh to do the works. Whatever the problem, try to solve it in silent fashion without any trouble. Increasing stress will lead to rise of blood pressure which is the cause for hypertension as long term effect. So always act in a smart way to solve the problems without any stress to mind. Being calm and alert you can finish the work earlier than actual time for the work which gives you confidence to do more work. If the work is done successfully, there should be some encouragement. The encouragement leads to higher place that is the success. Be active in the working hours.
Afternoon and evening:
After the morning work, try to have the lunch at time to avoid lethargy to your health. Regular diet is good for health. After your lunch take some rest which makes you fresh and your mind too. If there is no work have some doze which relieves some tiredness in the body and mind. Avoid junk foods in the noon. In the evening have some exercise to avoid the health problems. Children should play in the evening which is so good for their health and studies. The people of any age can do some active entertainment in the evening to keep the body fit and healthy. Just a walk for some distance, swimming, dance classes also good option to spend the evening in an effective way.
Dinner and sleep:
Have your night dinner in small quantity. After a small dinner, walk for some distance and go to sleep in time. All should have
good sleep for 7 to 8 hours in a day
to have a healthy mind and body. The night is the apt time to sleep. Because the sleep should be good when there is no light. So that night is the best time for it. Then the routine life can be followed without any health problems and stress. It will lead to success. The
should contain carbohydrates up to fifty percent, proteins up to 15 percent and the fat up to 30 percent but the saturated fat should be less than 10 percent. The females should take iron rich foods such as green leafy vegetables.
Having the habit of eating
fresh fruits and vegetables
especially the green leafs are good for health. Since the source of infection is high in India, all should have proper immunisation in the childhood period itself. One should have a clean environment to avoid infection. The drinking water should be purified before its use. The clean surroundings and the personal hygiene are good for all.
