• Total IT experience of minimum 5 years out of which minimum experience of 3-4 years is desirable on Requirement/GAP Analysis, Solution Design and Customer Interfacing development activities.
• Telecom domain experience with expertise/ knowledge on minimum one of COTS products in either Fulfilment, Assurance, Networking or Billing
• Experience in 1 – 2 complete system implementation in telecom domain.
• Understanding of OSS/BSS / eTOM / SID framework
• Advanced knowledge of workflow in telecom operation.
• Ability to handle ambiguity & coordinate between multiple components to gain agreements
• Exposure to UML as a Business Modelling Language would be a added advantage.
• Experience in one or more of the following COTS (Highly desirable) – Siebel, Clarify, Micormuse, Cramer, Metasolv etc.
• Experience in systems & architecture design
• Experience in relevant industry standards
