Admissions for Hearing Impaired Persons

Admissions for the year 2008-2009, for Integrated B.Tech. Programme (6 years) for Hearing Impaired persons.

Eligibility:
All the students who passed S S L C or equivalent degree are eligible to apply for this 6 – year integrated B.Tech Programmes. Students completing x std during April 2008 are also eligible.

Courses Offered:
Computer Science and Engineering
Information Technology
Mechanical Engineering
Civil Engineering

The Courses are offered in three modules:
1.Preparatory Module (English Medium): Covering +2 level
2.Foundation Module (English Medium): Covering Diploma level subjects in selected branch of study.
3.Advanced Module (English Medium): In selected branch of study

Students who complete up to Foundation level and do not want to go for Advanced level will have the option of getting a Diploma in the concerned branch of study.

Maximum age limit for admission: 20 years as on 01.07.2008

Admission Procedure: Kalasalingam University’s Entrance Examination

Date of Entrance Exam: 15.06.2008

Application forms can be had free of cost in person or can be downloaded from the website or by sending a self addressed stamped (Rs. 10) envelope to the following address.
