Cerelac is not advisable as my child always vomit after eating Cerelac.

The products as suggested by the author are beneficial keeping in view of the compositions of Farex, Nastum and Heinz's product.
With the progress of time, certain changes have taken place within the minds of the child-specialists and now they believe that the nutrients to be given to babies vary according to their constituents and as such there is no specific formula of nourishment suiting to all children with the products available in the market.
Home made preparations with rice, oats, a few nuts of Almonds suitably boiled in cow milk and finally putting a mashed banana in the contents would be a healthy option. The children should be given an egg daily for the supplementation of Proteins, Minerals and Vitamins. A slight amount of Curd would act as a Probiotic apart from supplementation with Calcium and Protein.
Periodical consultation with the child-specialist would be necessary to monitor the progress of the child physically and mentally.
