Holi festival has to be celebrated happily and joyfully. Everyone have to avoid the nature of misbehaving and aggression
Much care should be given for the colours that are used for Hoil. Some of the colours may fails to suit someone's body, hence they may face allergy problem.
While buying colours for playing Holi, everyone have to buy the quality colours from trusted and known shopkeeper only. One should not buy colours from unknown shopkeepers and at footpaths.
Red and rose colurs are preferred to use during Holi as these colours can be removed easily from the body. These colours even has less chances of causing bad effects on skin.
We have to avoid the usage of rough colours Green, Yellow and Orange. These colours are made from chemical mixtures which causes damage to skin in the form of marks and allergy.
Before the starting of playing Holi, we have to apply oil on face and hairs. By doing this we can easily remove the colours spread on our body during the Holi playing
For the reason of non-removal of chemical mixed colours we have to give good care for hairs.
We have to apply double coating of nail polish to the nails for avoiding the problem of attaching of colours on nails. By following this procedure, no harm will happen to nails.
The major precaution during Holi celebrations is that we have to avoid the colour entering into eyes. We have lots of possibilities of colours entering into eyes and the present of chemicals in colours causes damage to eyes. We may experience severe pain and lack of visibility; hence we have to take all precautions for the safety of eyes.
We even have to take care towards the teeth; in market we can find clips, on wearing the clips on teeth we can save them from damaging. On mistakenly entering of colour into our mouth we have to immediately clean the mouth with good water as the colours will cause harm to our liver.
During the complete playing of the Holi celebrations we have to save the mouth and eyes. During the co-loured by friends and relatives we have to close eyes and mouth in order to avoid them from any kind of harm. We have to avoid cleaning face every-time and have to avoid using soap on wet and co-loured face. It causes damage to skin and even the hair falls-down.
We have to avoid bathing in between the celebration. One has to go for bath after the completion of Holi celebrations only. Before going for bath, we have to clean the colours on our body by using a wet cloth which has been inserted in coconut oil.
After completely dried of the body and the removal of colours only we have to go for bath.
