Applications are invited from Haryana Residents for admission to the following
programmes:

1. Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc.& A.H.)

3. M.Sc. Agriculture Food Science & Technology, Bio-Informatics, Biotechnology & Molecular Biology
4. B.Sc. (Hons) Home Science
5. Master’s programme in various disciplines in Agriculture, Agri. Engg.,
Basic Sciences, Home Science & Vety. Sciences
Note: Admission to B.Tech.(Agril. Engg.) , MBA (General) and MBA (Agribusiness) will be made on the basis of merit of AIEEE/MAT respectively as per policy of Haryana Govt. For detail please see the information brochure of Technical Education Deptt., Haryana.

Basis of Admission: For Sr.No. 1 to 3 merit in Entrance Test scheduled for 14.6.2008 (Saturday) and for others merit in the qualifying exam.
Prospectus alongwith admission form shall be on sale w.e.f. 1.5.2008. It can be
obtained by post from the Assistant Registrar (Academic), CCS HAU, Hisar by sending Indian Postal Order or Bank Draft for Rs. 400/- (Rs.140/- for SC/BC candidates) drawn in favour of Registrar, CCS HAU, Hisar payable at HAU Hisar Post Office/SBI/The Hisar Distt. Central Co-operative Bank, HAU Branch, Hisar.
Prospectus can also be obtained on cash payment from:
(1) Room No.202, Fletcher Bhawan, CCS HAU, Hisar
Rs. 350/- (Rs. 90/- for SC/BC candidates)
(2) Main Post Office(s) at all District Head Quarters
of Haryana, Kaul & Bawal. Rs. 375/-(Rs.115/- for SC/BC candidates)
Candidate may also download the Prospectus/Application Form from our
website http://hau.ernet.in. The candidate availing the downloading facility of application form will enclose cost of Prospectus (as applicable) in addition to counselling/entrance test fee. Completed admission form for U.G. Programmes must reach the Assistant Registrar (Acad.) and for PG Programmes Assistant Registrar (PGS) by 20.5.2008 without late fee and 27.5.2008 with late fee of Rs.100/- for the programmes at Sr.No.1, 2, 3 & 5. Last date for submission of admission form for B.Sc.(Hons.) Home Science (Sr.No.4) is 20.6.2008 without late fee and 27.6.2008 with late fee of Rs.100/-. Completed admission form for PG Diploma courses should reach the Assistant Registrar (PGS) by 26.7.2008 without late fee and 2.8.2008 with late fee of Rs. 100/-.
