The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) conducts the S.S.C. exams for Std.X students in the State of Maharashtra. The results of these exams are the extremely important as they determine where the student can gain admissions for the next level of education. If the results are delayed, the schedules of admissions to colleges go haywire.
The possibility of delays in announcing the results was not entirely ruled out this year due to the strike of over 12,000 teachers. These teachers of unaided schools had boycotted the exams supervision as well as the evaluation of answer sheets. However, the Chairperson of the Maharashtra Ste Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has given an assurance that the boycott did not affect the SSC exams paper evaluations and that there would be no delays in announcing the results.
The results will be available online on June 7th 2013 at 1p.m. in the afternoon.
