Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to M.Tech. Programmes offered at Amrita Schools of Engineering, Ettimadai, Amritapuri (Kollam) and Bangalore.
VLSI Design - B.E/B.Tech in ECE/EEE/EI/ETC/ICE/CSE/IT or equivalent
Power Electronics - B.E/B.Tech. in EEE/ECE/EI/ETC/ICE or equivalent
Embedded Systems - B.E/B.Tech. in EEE/ECE/CSE/IT/ICE/EI or equivalent
Computational Engineering and Networking - B.E/B.Tech. in any branch of Engg. or equivalent or M.Sc. Maths/Physics/ Computer Science (70% minimum)
Remote Sensing and Wireless Sensor Networks - B.E/B.Tech. in any branch of Engg. or equivalent M.Sc. Maths/Physics/Computer Science (70% minimum)
Computer Vision & Image Processing - B.E/B.Tech. in CSE/IT/EEE/ECE/EI/ETC/ICE or equivalent
Engineering Design - B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/
Manufacturing/ Metallurgy/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Integrated Design & Manufacturing - B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile/Aerospace/Production/Manufacturing/Metallurgy/Industrial/Chemical Engg. or equivalent
Computational Mechanics - B.E/B.Tech. in CSE/IT/ECE or equivalent
Cyber Security - B.E/B.Tech/M.B.B.S/M.Sc./BDS/B.Pharm (all the candidates
should have had Biology and Maths. at the +2 level)
Bio-Medical Engineering -
B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical/Automobile/Production/
Manufacturing/Metallurgy/Industrial Engg. or equivalent
ADMISSION PROCEDURE :
Admission is based on the Academic merit and interview/group discussion.
(Those who are appearing for the final examinations and expect minimum marks as given for eligibility, may also apply). (Candidates with valid GATE Score are given preference.)
Commencement of issue of application form : 23 April, 2008
Last date for receiving completed application form : 15 May, 2008
HOW TO APPLY:
Application forms can be had from any of the three institutions listed below on
payment of Rs.650/- (Rupees Six hundred fifty only) by demand draft favouring AMRITA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING, payable at Coimbatore or by cash from the following branches of Dhanalakshmi Bank
