Position : Faculty (Full time / Visiting), Faculty associates, Research associates (Full time
/ contractual), Research coordinators (Full time / Contractual)
Disciplines : Economics, Finance, Accounting & Audit, Social Sciences & Development,
Development Communication, Statistics / Quantitative Techniques
Vacancies : 1 – 2 in each discipline
Educational Qualifications & Essential Conditions:
1. A Doctoral fellow / M.Phil with relevant research / field experiences in Rural / Urban /
Tribal Contexts in any sectors of development like Agriculture, Horticulture, Water,
Health, Governance, Information Technology, Gender, Disaster Management and so on.
2. Post Graduate in the above disciplines with 3 – 5 years experience in NGO sector will be
considered for the post of Faculty Associate / Research Associate on contractual basis
before confirming her / him as regular faculty.
3. Candidates seeking employment must possess above 60% of marks in School, Pre
College, Graduation, Post Graduation & doctoral programme and have enough
credentials to show in terms of research / publication / achievements.
4. Selected candidates should work in “Madurai” only.
5. Age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years.
6. Working knowledge of Hindi and South Indian Languages are preferred.
7. Women candidates will be given preference.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience.
