For kempegowda layout, for 50 x 80 ft site, how many attempts are required to get a allotment?
We request you to contact the concerned local authorities to get to know more details for which you have asked, we are not the competent authority to provide suitable reply to your query.
We have just presented the notification advertised by Bangalore Development Authority for public use.
Bangalore Development Authority has made its advertisement public on 01.11.2015, it may take sometime to furnish guidelines to the designated banks to issue and receive applications, hence it is advisable to make a follow up in the designated branch of the bank near to you.
We request you to contact the concerned person at Bangalore Development Authority to get a solution for your query because it is not mentioned in the advertisement made it public by BDA on 01.11.2015
You may have to contact the PRO at Bangalore Development Authority for your grievance, it is the only hope for you to get the copy of the registration card unless you have any registration number, year of registration, contact details of the registered number etc.,
Check whether you have any one among the few documents given at the time of registration which may help the authorities to check their records.
I have applied for site in previous Arkavati layout, but I have lost the documents. I don't know the Registration No. etc. Can you help me to trace them?
Right now I am staying in another country[abroad]. How to apply? Please guide me.
Is domicile certificate needed to be signed in form to apply for BDA for Kempegowda layout?
Is domicile certificate mandatory to apply for the BDA site? I am born and brought up in Bangalore. Will it suffice if I produce my SSLC marks, card/voter's ID etc for the resident proof? Is it acceptable? If not, what is the process to get the domicile certificate?
Loss of original documents for that matter is a serious issue. You must have at least some documentary evidence in the form of photostat copies of the allotment. You should have lodged a complaint when you come to know documents were lost, as it would have been handy at this time.
A remote chance probably is that you may request the Bangalore Development Authority to trace the records in the name of the allotee by providing some documentary evidence as a proof in the name who got the allotment.
Hope this may help you.
You are eligible to apply if you are not an Non Resident Indian. If so you may have to approach RBI before undergoing other formalities. Anyway we are not professionals to advise you in this aspect hence I request you to approach the Public Relations Officer at Bangalore Development Authority.
I presume Domicile Certificate is essential and in case the applicant is a Government Employee, it needs to be produced to confirm that the applicant does not possess any plots or lands in his/her name or in his/her relatives' names either through private or public allotments.
Domicile Certificate issued from Government authorities is a valid residential proof apart from other records you mentioned.
Yourself and your parents should reside in any part of Karnataka since last 3-5 years in such case you are eligible to apply for domicile certificate. Revenue authorities are entitled to issue domicile certificate, so kindly approach them immediately with relevant original documents.
Anyway I request you to approach the BDA Authorities to clear your doubts early.
Can we pay the initial deposit by way of Cheque instead of DD?
BDA has clearly intimated in their advertisement the aspiring applicants to pay the relevant registration / initial deposit and final allotment cost in the form of Demand Drafts only hence I doubt they may accept the payments made through cheques.
For further details in case any updates made in this regard by BDA may be procured by contacting Public Relation Officer on any working day in the public visiting hours.
I am interested in knowing more details on this. Please notify on changes if any in the procedure to own a site.
