An excellent article. The author has provided almost all the details regarding admission in MBA programme conducted by the University of Calcutta. The campus is located at College Street just beside the Presidency College. Only one issue I like to mention in respect of this article. I do expect that the Member would provide the scope of employment and the campus placement as well as the average initial salary offered for the successful students in such articles in future.

As per information given in the brochure of the course, 22% of seats will be reserved for the Scheduled Caste, 6% of the seats for the Scheduled Tribe candidates and other reservations as per University/ Govt rules and regulations. It is not clear as to how many seats out of total available 30 seats for Indian students will be available for general category candidates. Also it is surprising that there is no online system of submission of applications.
