The round is used by companies to filter out the majority percentage of students. Sometimes students will be given with less time to finish the tests. Despite clearing all academic examinations and scoring varying percentage of marks depending upon one's capability, the mother of all examinations is perhaps the examination for securing a gainful employment. Therefore it is imperative that focused preparation should be made for successfully passing aptitude test and personal interview etc. In such cases the actual success don't depend on the candidates own performance, but instead on the performance of other competitors. If the other candidates are able to outperform the individual on the strength of their preparation, then only disappointment will be met and vice versa.
