Though the author has compiled very useful information, but the real challenge lies in getting uncontaminated fruits and vegetables. We often come across reports in news papers that the vegetables and fruits are treated with harmful chemicals. Also for people living in cities, the air they breathe is generally polluted and the potable water is also contaminated. Thus despite following disciplined lifestyle, doing regular exercise and not having any bad habit, it becomes difficult to increase longevity.
