How to prepare a quality and successful posts?


In this article, you will know how to prepare a quality post to get some attention of the visitors and search engine. Read this post for some tips and detail for a successful and quality post publishing to get benefited. Whether a person write and publish a quality post or poor one, whether a blogger / writer writes a nice presentation post and publish it or not. It doesn't matter for a while until and unless search engine tool crawl them in two different modes. One is automated crawl mode to find the quality, store and index, and the second one is manual mode to cross check the content which already automated crawled it without much inspection of it.

As many aware, search engine like Google has many algorithms, one is automated (pre-programmed) and the second one is manual process. Both have many parameters to identify and grab the new, quality, rich post to store or reject them (for violation, if any) at their database based on quality and authenticity. Thus, the writer has to concentrate on few things before publishing the article to get benefited for a long time. It is not necessary that he / she has to spend many hours for it but spending few extra minutes can help to make a successful post for a long duration.

As said, search engine algorithm generally would crawls the online published content, store the content if it is quality and worth, and reject it if it is violated, and then stored posts / contents would index upon visitor's relevant keyword search. This is the normal auto-mated procedure. The manual process comes afterward when the content reflect under few suspicious category, like sudden increasing higher number of traffic, too much referral traffic, too much commercial issue like affiliate or adv clicks, so many external link, later post updated with violation and so on. They would then scrutinize the particular webpage content to come to a conclusion that it is genuine post or not.

A quality and successful post must have the key points as state below;

  1. An attractive Title or URL with subject keyword

  2. Brief summary with relevant keyword

  3. At least 500-600 words draft (check the drafted one few times before publishing it)

  4. Reasonable grammar and punctuation etc.

  5. Internal link usage (and its knowledge)

  6. Avoid external link unless nofollow tag

  7. Html tag usage without link breaking or broken link (and its knowledge)

  8. Header tag usage (H2 or H3 etc.)

  9. Image tag usage (if necessary)

  10. Video tag usage (if deemed necessary)

  11. The topic must be evergreen or at least a current trend one

  12. Follow the organic traffic method

Title or URL with subject keyword


The title only can make visitor understand about the whole worth content, so, nice and attractive title is a must to get best attention of the visitors. The title must have relevant topic keywords and the title only (in general) may reflect webpage URL, thus, make sure that title gives benefit for your post.

Brief summary with relevant keyword


Again, this is very important after title attraction; if you miss something in title then you can balance it in brief summary by adding those missed keywords. This will play important role.

At least 500-600 words draft


The shorter article, the shorter life or no life until and unless search engine rare ignore it to verify. Once they verify the very less words article, they may then stop to index that webpage. It is better to prepare an article with at least 500 to 600 words post. In this way, the visitors may get whole information about the topic.

Grammar and punctuation


Poor or very poor writing and publishing may trouble your post. It is better to write in a simple manner with grammar and punctuation usage. This will help to stay tuned by the visitors to read completely and at the same time possibly reduce the bouncing rate too.

Internal link usage


It is better to use at least three relevant topic internal links to ensure that the topic post has some more relevant information as an additional one. These internal links also help you to keep visitor within your website or blog for an extra duration.

Html tag usage


It is better for a writer to learn basic HTML tag via online source and free tools given. This is mandatory to use by the writer and at the same time, it is not difficult to learn and use them. So, learn and use it in your post.

Header tag (H2 or H3 etc.)


At least one or two header tag is very important for each post. It will help to the visitors and at the same time, it will reflect as a nice presentation. So, don't miss it in each post.

Image tag


At least one image tag would help your post for sure. Search engine normally gives extra weightage for few tags and one of them is image tag. Do not use image tag more than two or three.

Video tag


It is not necessary that you have to use video tag for each and every post. At the same time, you can use video tag if it is deemed necessary. Don't use more than one video tag.

Subject evergreen topic or at trending one


It is all about your interest, it doesn't mean your interest may or may not match the visitors search. However, it is better to write the post which is evergreen on search, or, at least future trending topic. If you would like to publish the content about current trending one, then you have to understand that they same topic would eventually trend after few weeks or months to get its attention. The second one is, if you would like to publish the content for current trend then you have to post it on-time. Time matter for it or else it won't give any benefit after trending topic search is over.

Follow the organic traffic method


It is always better to write a post based on search engine friendly manner. Yes, but how? This question may arise to many. No issue. Try to write the post in the same way how you will 'key-in' in search engine. For example, if you are looking for a distance between Delhi to Shimla, then the simple key-in or 'keyword' search would be like ''Delhi to Shimla distance''. Yes, try likewise and I am sure it will work out sooner.

The next one is, other the above given tips for quality post, the simple way to get organic traffic is not to promote your post in any social networking sites except Google plus. And, try to tune it well before publishing it. The original post will always remain without any issue but you have to check your post doesn't copied by someone which may affect your post. For that, you have to check Plagiarism and file DMCA to avoid unnecessary credit to someone else for your hard work. You have to make sure some points before filing DMCA, one is, is copied post given your URL / Website as reference? If yes, then leave it.

Promotion at social networking sites


It is not necessary that each and every post you have to promote in social networking site. In a case, it will be considered as referral traffic, so, you can just promote via Google plus social networking site only as one post per day max. This is just because of search engine tools dominating by Google thus it might help to increase traffic or at least indexing our post in search tools.

The article gives a fair basic idea for online content posting. The two drawbacks in this are the title and the numerous hyperlinks. The title could have been made more attractive and appealing. The continuous hyperlinks are a distraction from main topic.

If a review can be made, and the matter in the links are also included briefly here itself, the article will be well chiseled and shining.

However the article still has its utility and is worth reading for basic knowledge.

@ Mr. Venkiteswaran, title finalizing matter clashes in my head for few minutes;it is just because of some catchy title for the similar subject already posted and I can't use the same one again. The second one, yes, many of them are asking via comment or chat or search for a lot about relevant topics (like the DMCA guideline article), so it is better to give some links. In general, three links for around five hundred words and more for around thousand words can be used if relevant / necessary. In this, I did likewise. It is not for justification but necessary for this post. I even knowingly didn't use hyperlink for some of the recent posts as it was not required, though I could have used it and got approval too.

Not having much knowledge about the Google team, their way of selecting and indexing good posts immediately after posting was not known to me earlier. But of late I am observing that when ever I raise a post with good heading and catchy content to the understanding level of the net user, within seconds the thread get hoisted and indexed by Google. Once that is done, we are also sure that ISC is going to give cash credits for our post either now or when RSB is calculated in the month end. What I mean to say, I am not working for this site for money, but the way I started raising threads of public importance and with catchy headings, earnings from this site and also from Google Ad Sense trickle in without any problem. Please note that I am not sharing anything in article section since long back and my earnings comes from forum section only.

@satish, yes, most of them are looking for organic traffic only and this is one of the tips among many.

@K Mohan, title / URL plays one of the important role for organic traffic. (It doesn't mean that there shouldn't be a unique content after making a nice URL. There are many parameters to follow for it).

@Chitra, yes, natural traffic (via search engine landing to a webpage) is very important than junk traffic / referral traffic (considered by some search engine) from social networking sites to a website.
