Raju was dead in his room!
His wife kamala came from her relatives house and got shock on seeing her
husband dead!
informed the POLICE!
Police investigation started!
inspector asks her wife, she replies i went to relatives house which is 30 km away from my wife and came today afternoon and saw my husband found dead in his bed room.then,
inspector asked watchman, her replies i went out for lunch which is 1 km away from bungalow
inspector asked gardener, he replies i went out for buying pesticides which is 5 km away from bungalow
inspector asked servant maid , she replies i went out for buying envelope in post office which is 2 km away from bungalow
inspector asked servant, he replies i went for buying home accessories from market which is 1 km away from bungalow.
INVESTIGATION OVER!!!
Police found out the criminal and arrested.
WHO IS THE CRIMINAL AND WHY HE/SHE IS ARRESTED?

Hi Vijay,
First time, I failed to give correct answer. I don't know whether this is correct or not. Let me try once.
If I am correct. Kamala is the criminal. Because you mentioned, that was a busy city. Then you are giving a picture like for all the places like hotel, post office, market etc are very far from that Bungalow at least for 1 km. What do you mean for that ? Which is that strange city ?
I think she only killed her husband and advised to every member of the Bungalow to give such unfaithful answer.
Where I got a doubt is, when she is out, how can every one be outside for some or other reasons.
Or another doubt is, when she came back from her relative house, she observed that nobody is there in the bungalow and she utilized that time and killed her husband.
Anyhow let me know the correctness of my answer.

there is nothing to get doubt jyothi.. you have to think about only two sentence in my question. no need to worry about that kilometers. There will be some instances everyone may go out. so no need to think about that. you should not assume that no body is there in bungalow so that she killed her husband. you should get answer from that investigating queries not from your assumption k?. I can give answer , but i need my friend to think more.

See my another answer here. This is not an assumption. A hint helped me to think like this.
The servant maid is the killer. Since she told during that incident she went to Post Office to bring envelop.
The incident took place on Sunday. Usually Post Offices will not be opened on Sundays right.
So she is the killer.
