Happiness Program


The first step into Art of Living program, the 3 day helps participants with practical knowledge and techniques to unlock their inner potential and bring fullness to life. It is nothing but the beginning of a beautiful journey that brings us to the joy and happiness that lies at our very core. The Happiness workshop is conducted every Friday to Sunday in the tranquil, beautiful and serene surroundings of the Ashram.

Art of Living Yoga Level 1


Art of Living Yoga Level 1 makes yoga fun to learn. A 10 hours program designed by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. there is a mix of fun filled warm up series, revitalizing pranayama, guided meditations, a glimpse of Ayurveda and unique body composition.

You will experience complete cleansing of the entire system, both mind and body by Art of Living Yoga Level 2. It is for those who want to go deeper in Yoga. Advanced yoga poses and breathing techniques, along with detox the body and de-stress the mind. It is a new dimension to Yoga, enjoy its subtle benefits on the mind and spirit.

The Art of Living Yoga program is being organized across the country by various organizations who are presently having good number of members. Previously Yoga was subjected to those who are seniors and elders. But now even the hi-tech companies are having Yoga program for their workers to come off the stress of work and some minutes are allotted to get them refreshed through Yoga. So Art of Living foundation is doing a good job to inculcate the habit of Yoga to all through which one can find peace and stress free life. What is more interesting is the fact that those who never believed in Yoga and its positive effects are also taking to Yoga with right earnest and that is going to be a big success as June 21st every year has been declared as the International Yoga day.

If stress is not being taken care of, there would be manifestation of other serious issues such as Insomnia, Forgetfulness, Negligence to work and so on. Modern Yoga - pundits have devised numerous formulations to keep our mind active with the adoption of yoga. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar has given much stress on purifying our soul so as to get real benefits with the ancient system. Deep breathing really helps muscles and in fact, this is really boon to the the people having paucity of time . Even as little as 10 minute of time can be utilised in deep breathing so as to rejuvenate the mind. To destress the mind, certain herbs such as Tulasi, Aswgandha if taken properly for a couple of days in a month will help in establishing the real calm.
The author has dealt with several components useful in achieving the tranquilant status of the mind. To get the desired result in the area of our work, practice of mind pacifying techniques should be resorted to including mind - relaxation techniques and meditation. Yoga, prayers and pranayama cost nothing but has multiple effects on our mind and body.
