Who ever is suffering from back pain - I am suggesting some home remedies. First of all make a practice of sleeping on the floor (just use a bed sheet) and avoid using pillow. If you are under treatment of any doctor or physiotherapist then follow all the instructions from them. I suggest that you never ever use too much warm water, massage, oil massage & the like as this might cause harm to your ligaments. Try to increase calcium items in your meals (not in medicine form), like spinach, sprouted moong and chana etc. Avoid working too hard, do not lean to take some weight. Take rest whenever you feel some pain for some time. If pain increases then immediately visit a doctor.
