POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN INFORMATION SECURITY & APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT(PGDISAD)

Post Graduate Diploma in Information Security and Application Development is a one-year programme comprising of modules in Information security and software application development with one major project. It caters to the Human Resource Development in the area of Information security leading to development of indigenous hardware and software capabilities in the area of Information Security. The syllabus of the course has been focused to cover practical engineering applications, presenting the theory behind applications and implementation. The programme prepares skilled Software professionals (System Analysts, Software Engineers/ Programmers, IT Consultants) through classroom lectures and practical training, making use of client server technology, Two/Three Tier Architecture for design and development of software in the area of Information Security.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERION
(1) M.E / M.Tech / B.E. / B. Tech(CS,IT, Electronics, Electronics & Comm, Electronics & Instrumentation, Electrical) / MCA / MCM (with B.Sc) / B.Sc (Engg) / AMIE / B level
(2) M.Sc.(CS,IT, Instrumentation, Electronics, Phy) / MBA (IT , Systems)
(3) Students who have appeared for final year exams are eligible
