The embassy of United Arab Emirates was already functioning in New Delhi at 12, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi - 110 021 and the consular section of the embassy was looking after the functions related to the issue of visa and attestation of educational, commercial and other related documents issued from India besides other consular services.

However, w.e.f. 01.09.2016, the attestation section of the embassy was shifted to the address mentioned in the article.
