I would further like to state that I have now transferred from Delhi and am presently posted at Agra. As a result, I no longer operate the Savings Account mentioned above, and the Account has become inactive.

In view of above, I would like to close the said Savings Bank Account with immediate effect. You are requested to close the Account and send the balance amount to my permanent address mentioned in your record by Demand Draft. I am hereby returning the unused cheque leaves issued by your bank and the Passbook.
