Sprouts are alkaline in nature and it makes the skin healthy. Spouts rejuvenate the eczema-affected skin. Sprouts can be easily grown at home and are easily available in the market at reasonable price. Mustard, sesame, alfalfa and sunflower sprouts are considered to be more beneficial for eczema-affected skin.

Flax seeds

This is another food-item which is extremely beneficial for the patients of eczema. Flax seeds act as lubricant. These are also the best sources for Omega fatty 3 acid and Omega fatty 6 acid. Flax seeds and Flax oil help in healing eczema-affected skin tissues and lower the inflammation of the eczema-affected area. Flax seeds and oil improve the immune system of the body.

Blue-Green algae

Blue-green algae contain many nutrients. Algae strengthen the immune system of human body. Algae also purify blood. Algae give freedom from eczema. The dieticians recommend the patients suffering from eczema to start taking one teaspoon of algae initially. Later the dosage can be increased. However, it must be remembered that Blue-green algae are not easily available in Indian market.
