Yummy and Lip Smacking recipe of Chocolaty Doughnut


Doughnut is a very popular food item which you are used to buy from a shop. Usually you can find them in any cake shop and it is so tasty that everybody loves it. But if you want you can also prepare in your kitchen as it is so easy to prepare. You only need simple ingredients from your kitchen and it can be done in few minutes.

Here in this recipe a chocolaty doughnut is made. For that you have to make ordinary doughnut first and then prepare the chocolaty doughnut first. For that make dough with all purpose flour, oil, baking powder and water. Then roll the dough and cut in ring shape. Then you have to fry them and your doughnuts are ready.

To make it chocolaty prepare chocolate filling with milk and Nut Ella. Then inject it with a syringe in your doughnut. Finally prepare the chocolate ganache with Nut Ella, cooking chocolate and cream. Cover up your doughnuts with this chocolate spread. The little members of your family must love this chocolaty doughnut.

Serves: 6

Ingredients

All Purpose Flour 2 cup, Powdered Sugar as required, Whipped Cream 2 cup, Unsalted Butter 5 tbsp, Powdered sugar/ Castor Sugar ½ cup, Baking Powder 1 tbsp, Refined Oil 1 tbsp, Milk ½ cup, Egg 1, Vanilla Essence 1tsp.

For Chocolate Filling you will need:
Nut Ella ½ cup, Milk 2-3 tsp.

Chocolate Ganache:
Nut Ella 2 tsp, Cooking Chocolate 100 gm, Butter 2 tbsp, Cream 100 ml.

Method Step 1:
Pour milk, egg, oil and vanilla essence in a bowl. Then mix it with a hand blender to get a sooth mixture. In another bowl mix all purpose flour, powdered sugar and baking powder in another bowl. Mix them well.
Step 2:
Now add the first mixture into the second mixture to prepare smooth dough. The dough will be a little bit sticky. Now make small balls from this dough.
Step 3:
Now roll it thick with the help of a rolling pin. You may sprinkle some loose all purpose flour on your kitchen counter before you roll the dough to avoid sticking.
Step 4:
Cut it with a cookie cutter or a small stainless steel bowl. Now cut the middle portion in round shape with a bottle cap so that you get a ring shaped thing. In the same process prepare all the doughnuts with the rest of the dough.
Step 5:
Now take a nonstick pan and put in on the flame. Allow it to boil and then pour the doughnuts gently in this oil. Fry them carefully until they turn golden.
Step 6:
When all the doughnuts are done take them out of the pan and pour them on tissue papers or paper napkins so that excess oil gets absorbed in the paper.
Step 7:
Now you have to prepare the chocolate filling. Pour nut Ella and milk in a bowl. Mix them well. Now fill a syringe with chocolate filling. Then make a small hole in your doughnuts with this syringe and fill chocolate filling in it. Do it 2-3 places on your doughnut.
Step 8:
Prepare all your doughnuts in same procedure. To prepare chocolate Ganache pour Nut Ella, Cooking Chocolate, Unsalted Butter and cream in a bowl. Now mix all these ingredients with the help of a hand blender.
Step 9:
Now with the help of a spoon spread chocolate ganache on your doughnuts. Now spread color sprinkles on the doughnuts. Here your chocolaty doughnut is ready to serve.

The first step mentions mixing of the dry ingredients. It is best that these are sieved, as it ensures that there are no lumps and the dry ingredients mix well.
