You need to enrol yourself in a good local cricket club and practice so hard so that you can compensate last 10 years of your practice time. Forget days and nights, and just concentrate on your practice. If you get success in attaining the attention of upper division teams, then you can get a chance to play 1st division level. Your extraordinary performance can help you be selected for state teams or IPL teams and then for Indian cricket team. What is the salary of a cricketer

Earnings of cricketers in Indian cricket teams are based on the basis of their categories- Grade A, Grade B and Grade C. At present, Virat Kohli, Ms Dhoni, R Ashwin, Ajinkya Rahane, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ravindra Jadeja and Murali Vijay are Grade A players while Rohit Sharma, Kl Rahul, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Mohammed Shami, Ishant Sharma, Umesh Yadav, Wriddhiman Saha, Jasprit Bumra and Yuvraj Singh are Grade B players. Currently, match fees for test matches is Rs. 15 lakh per annum, pay for ODI is Rs. 6 lakh and for T20 is Rs. 3 lakh. Annual retainer fee is now Rs. 2 crore per annum for Grade A players, Rs. 1 crore per annum for Grade B players and Rs. 50 lakh per annum for Grade C players.

In this article, it is stated: "...don't forget that Robin Singh and Adam Vogues had also debuted when they were 30+ years old." I think this information is incorrect. As per online sources, Robin Singh was taken on board the Indian national team in 1989 at age 26. Adam Vogues was a member of Australia's under-19 team and was in the national side in 2006 at the age of 27.

Hence it would be more appropriate to say that they were 20+ when they made their debut and not 30+.
