The author gave valid reasons to practice yoga so as to keep oneself hale and healthy and also be active. Though we have been stressing the need of Yoga in India, people don't take it seriously. And when they go out of the country and see the people there practicing yoga, then they get the thought that they should also follow and do yoga. June 21st is the International Yoga day and UN has made all arrangements to practice yoga for the welfare of all across the world. India is surely going to lead the Yoga training program and much awareness is going to be created this time.
