Mahatma Gandhi University Kottayam has declared the first year UG degree admission 2015 centralized allotmentprocess (CAP) first allotment results here on today at the official website. Candidates who have applied for MG University first year degree admission through online single window system process UG CAP can now check their MG UG CAP 2017 first allotment results to know which college they are allotted in the first allotment. MG University has announced the results of CAP first allotment later than their official schedule. They have earlier states that first allotment results would be published on June 7. However, the Mahatma Gandhi University declared the results today (13 June 2017) the first allotment results of undergraduate degree first year admission. Post allotment activities after the first allotment of MG UG CAP 2017


MG University has announced the first allotment results of first year degree admission to UG Arts and science courses here on today. Candidates who have secured allotment is now want to know what are the post allotment activities of MG UG CAP allotment. Candidates who secured allotment in the first allotment should remit fees in order to confirm their allotment. They can either take temporary admission or the permanent admission to the college they are allotted on or before 14 June 2017 at 4.00 PM. Those candidates fails to take admission and fee payment after got allotment in the first allotment are liable for cancellation of their allotment.

Candidates who got allotment should download allotment memo and chalan form for to remit fee from the home page of official degree admission portal specially designed for CAP admission. In allotment memo candidates can find their personal information, program or course they are allotted as well the college they got allotment, Fees to be paid etc. Candidates are required to remit fee at any branch of SBT with the chalan you download from the official website. Last date for remit fee at the bank is on 14 June 2017. Those who are failed to do this after got allotment will be liable for cancellation of their allotment. Fees to be paid at SBT branch for admission of UG degree in MG University is for general category is Rs 853 and for SC/ST is Rs 50. After remitting fees candidates are required to report at the college with receipt of remitted fees and the relevant documents / original certificates on or before 14 June.

Candidates required to remit fees for the particular course at the college apart from the University fees they paid at the SBT branch if they are satisfied with the first allotment of UG CAP 2017. Candidates who have got allotment in first allotment results and they still have higher options, are only required to pay the fees at college before the fourth allotment results until they got the satisfied allotment. Applicants who are satisfied with the current allotment can cancel their higher options on dates between 15 June and 16 June 2017. Likewise candidates who didn't receive allotment can also modify their option on these dates.
