After completing and passing the Bachelor of Commerce degree, candidates have multiple opportunities in the field of banking and Finance.

MBA(Finance,Banking etc) gives the students a comprehensive knowledge about finance and banking. It gives an overall all-round learning and exposure in the related area.
After successful completion of MBA in Finance and Banking or more specific and defined areas in the main sectors, the candidates have the opportunities for various junior or middle management positions in Banks, Financial analyst, Financial advisor, Investment Manager Financial planner, Financial consultant etc.etc.
Those completing M Com can also look for Ph .D on some specialised subjects. And some certificate courses imparting specialisation like Financial Accounting & Taxation, Micro Finance, Stock Market, Equity research, Investment Banking etc.

PGDBM (Manipal)programme and bank jobs


Banks like Kotak bank, ICICI bank,Federal bank etc. and even some nationalised banks have entered into some arrangement with Manipal Global Education Services to give training to the candidates V by the banks and award the Post Graduate Diploma in Bank Management by Manipal University and the candidates will be absorbed as probationary officers in the concerned banks.
The aspiring candidates have to register in the websites of concerned banks or await advertisement announcement for selection.
