Difficulty in reading and learning has a huge impact on a major portion of the population; even Dyslexia affects 5-15% of population alone. Non-cooperative teachers who are unable to comprehend the indications of difficulty in learning keep on blaming the child without knowing. It's suitable to highlight the brilliance of students with the inability of learning and their ability to learn is not questioned. It is their hard work and struggle that can be influenced by an incapacity to deal– which is, learn from – panorama of the cultural learning process. This is the reason that experts prefer regarding it as "learning difference" than "learning difficulty".
Dyslexia friendly teaching

Dyslexia child is really a big challenge for the parents. Lot of efforts and repeated attempts are required to train these children and many times the techniques are not successful.
These children take a very long time in understanding or learning a particular trait and basically they have only few natural requirements like hunger or spontaneous behaviour.
There are some training centres and homes for these children where certain advanced techniques are used for their development but these methods are partially successful in case to case basis.
It is very true that these type of children should be handled in proper ways and should be cared with love and affection as they are anyway our own part and parcels.

Unfortunately we live in a fast-paced world where in the bigger the school, higher the fees, higher the number of projects done and higher the number of successful students etc decide on how good a school is. I think the true role of a teacher is not to guide the already well performing or good students. His or her true skills of a teacher stands out when they can help the back-benchers or the kids lagging behind in the class, understand them and their needs, help the kids (and parents) to get the knowledge rather than just marks and grades on paper. In the western countries there are special classes and community support groups that play a vital role in the care of a dyslexic child. I'm not aware of the existence of such groups of teachers or members in many of our cities and towns. If they do then a big thanks to them and the government should encourage and fund such groups who are genuinely helping kids with learning difficulties.
