Like the earlier CM Fellowship program, here comes an opportunity for the youth to work on Government programs. The Village Social Transformation Foundation (VSTF), Govt. of Maharashtra is inviting applications from graduates for the third batch of the Chief Minister's Rural Development Fellowship program.

About VSTF Fellowship

Launched three years ago, the VSTF Fellowship program aims to utilize the talent of young professionals towards transforming the rural areas of the State of Maharashtra. Selected graduates will get the unique opportunity to work with the State Government in rural Maharashtra to deliver impact in various areas through their knowledge and skills. The goal of Fellows will be to bring about reformation and assist villages to attain self-sustainable development.

Duration: The fellowship program includes one month training and subsequent 11 months work on the ground.



Eligibility requirements

  1. Educational qualification and experience: This criteria is as per two categories for the VSTF Fellowship program:
    • Category I: You should be a graduate in any discipline with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.

    • Category II: You should be a graduate with B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture with a minimum of two years of work experience.

  2. Age criteria for both categories: You should be between 23 to 30 years of age as on 1st October 2017.

  3. General skills: You must have knowledge of operating a computer.

Last date to apply: 12th October 2017, till 11p.m.

How to apply

You must submit your application online only at the VSTF official website

All the information must be filled up in English only. Requisite documents need to be scanned and kept ready for uploading, along with scanned images of your latest passport size photograph and signature.
