Central Railway is operating 16 additional special trains for the Christmas / Winter season between Mumbai and Karmali. While travelling, you must carry valid ID proof for all reserved tickets.

Super Fast Trains

The following two trains are super fast trains operating on 4 trips up to 28th December 2017.
  1. Train No. 02025 -
    Departure: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai at 05.00hrs.
    Dates of Departure: 21st and 28th December 2017.
    Arrival: Karmali at 13.20 hrs. on the same day.

  2. Train No.0206 -
    Departure: Karmali at 14.30hrs.
    Dates of Departure: 21st and 28th December 2017.
    Arrival: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai at 23.00hrs. on the same day.

Halts to and fro: Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Ratnagiri and Kudal.



Additional Trains

The following are special trains operating on 8 trips up to 31st December 2017:
  1. Train No.02027 -
    Departure: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai at 00.40hrs.
    Dates of Departure: 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st December 2017.
    Arrival: Karmali at 11.00hrs. on the same day.

  2. Train No.02028 -
    Departure: Karmali at 14.00hrs.
    Dates of Departure: 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st December 2017.
    Arrival: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai at 23.50hrs. on the same day.

The following are special trains operating 4 trips up to 1st January 2018:
  1. Train No.02029 -
    Departure: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai at 00.40hrs.
    Dates of Departure: 25th December 2017 and 1st January 2018.
    Arrival: Karmali at 11.30rs. on the same day.

  2. Train No.02030 -
    Departure: Karmali at 02.00hrs.
    Dates of Departure: 25th December 2017 and 1st January 2018.
    Arrival: Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Mumbai at 00.20hrs. on the next day.




Halts to and fro for all the special trains: Dadar, Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavli, Kudal & Thivim.

Composition: one AC 2-Tier, five AC 3-Tier and 6 Sleeper Class.

How to book tickets

Passengers can book tickets at a Passenger Reservation System (PRS) location well as online at the IRCTC website. For e-booking with IRCTC you need to register first and open an account at the portal. Alternatively, you can also book IRCTC outstation railway tickets on mobile phone by SMS.
