The Society for Emergency Medicine in India (SEMI), the American Academy for Emergency Medicine in India (AAEMI), and the members of the organizing committee take pleasure in warmheartedly inviting the distinguished international and national faculty, delegates, and guests to be a part of EMCON 2008, the 10th annual international conference of SEMI to be held between November 12th and 16th, 2008, at Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, India.

Registration Charges

The above mentioned fees are for all three days of the conference. Candidates who wish to choose their days of conference may pay only 40% of the above charges per day*.

1. Postgraduates/Interns/Residents must enclose document proof from the head of the institution.
2. Registration fee includes complements/conference kits, lunch and tea/coffee with snacks at the venue, and the grand banquets with cocktails. (Please note this is not applicable for individuals opting for workshop registration only)
3. Complements/Conference kits and hotel accommodation not guaranteed for spot registrations.
4. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by October 15, 2008 to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be entertained after this date.
5. Payments may be made by cash, cheque or demand drafts in favor of EMCON 2008 payable at Salem, India.
6. Only At Par outstation cheque payments will be accepted.
7. Final decisions regarding acceptance of registrations, free paper/poster presentations, and refunds are at the sole discretion of the organizing committee - EMCON 2008.
