Eligibility Criteria

The main requirement for this course is completion of graduation. But there won't be any restriction for the marks. The only thing is that the institute from where you have passed your graduation should be approved under UGC. Those students who have completed a two year graduation, approved by UGC, are also allowed to apply to this course.

Admission process

  1. The admission starts from 18th of May, 2018.
  2. The students have to collect the respective admission forms for the MBA courses they want to enroll in from the Pondicherry University office of St. Xavier's College Kolkata. There are 5 courses under this MBA course in which you can take admission-MBA in Finance, MBA in Human Resource, MBA in Marketing, MBA in International Business and MBA General.
  3. The time for form disbursement is from 10:00AM-1:00PM, 2:00PM-3:00PM in between Monday-Friday. You have to collect the bank slips and pay the respective fees in order to get admission in this course.


Fee Structure

When you are taking the admission, you will have to pay Rs.2000/- for an admission form, a prospectus and your identity card by cash or a demand draft. If you are paying via cash then you will have to pay it to the bank that is affiliated with St. Xavier's College. If you are paying via a demand draft, then you will have to address it to the bank which is affiliated with St. Xavier's College. You will also have to pay the fee for the first semester, which is Rs.15,500/-. This can also be paid by cash or DD. The rules for cash or DD payment is same as before.

Supporting Documents

  1. During the admission, you are required to produce few supporting documents, based on which you will be allowed to take admission in this course. You have to show the original mark sheets and certificates of class 10, 12 and graduation along with two photocopies of each. Each of the photocopies should be self-attested.
  2. You will also have to show your Aadhar card as a citizenship and birth proof. You will have to submit two self-attested photocopies of your Aadhar card in the office.
  3. Lastly, you will have to submit 3 passport size photographs.
