Theme: "Real-time Communicative Integelligence for Tomorrow's Industry”
The IEEE Colloquium and the third IEEE International Conference on Industrial and Information Systems (ICIIS 2008) will be held at Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India during 08 – 10 December 2008. The theme of this colloquium and the international conference is: Innovative technologies for tomorrow’s industrial and information systems with a vision to sink present innovative international research and source for the development of tomorrow’s industry and information system.
The mission is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science & Engineering and Information Engineering to a common forum, where a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts, practical ideas and results of the state of the art technology will be developed.

The Full paper not exceeding 6 pages as per IEEE transaction style are solicited. All the papers will be subjected to review process through an international review panel before final acceptance. Comments of the reviewers will be directed to the authors prior to the Camera Ready Paper Submission deadline so that they can be accommodated in the camera ready papers.

For publication in the proceedings, the Conference Committee must have received the following by the deadline for camera ready paper submission,
(a) Paper in the specified format,
(b) Signed copyright form, available locally in PDF or MS Word form
(c) Full registration fee.
Full Paper submission deadline 31 May 2008
Notification of Paper acceptance 31 August 2008
Camera Ready Paper Submission deadline 30 September 2008
Registration deadline 01 November 2008
All papers submitted will be subjected to a review process through an international review panel. Comments of the reviewers will be directed to the authors prior to the Camera Ready Paper Submission deadline so that they can be accommodated in the camera ready papers.
