Manipal Institute of Communication

Admission to the program BA Journalism & Communication Studies (BAJC) is done on the basis of an all India level online test i.e. MAHE Bachelor's Admission Test (BAT).
Eligibility Criteria Program: BA Journalism & Communication Studies (BAJC) – 3 years course
Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
Education: The candidates must have passed 10+2, A level, IB, American 12th grade or equivalent with Science/Arts/Commerce groups. They should have secured not less than 45% marks. Arts group subjects will be the preferred qualification.
Examination Pattern & Admissions Test Pattern
The test will be of 2.30 hours duration and carries 100 marks. There will be one question paper divided into Numeracy (20 marks), Conceptual (25 marks), General English (20 marks), General Awareness (20 marks), Case Study (15 marks) of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) of the objective type.

Foreign/NRI Category: Admissions under this category are handled by a separate office.
