This is one of the schools which together form the best chain of schools all over India - Kendriya Vidyalaya
My school's branch name is Kendriya Vidyalaya Masjid Moth which is in the residential colony of Sadiq Nagar near Moolchand, New Delhi. This school is considered to be one of the best branches in Delhi and also in some other states.
Its Primary and Secondary wings are separate and face-to-face. I didn't join this schhol in primary but in Secondary. The building of secondary wing makes a closed structure with a assembly ground in the centre such that one can see each & every part of the school by standing at centre of the assembly ground. The secondary wing comprises of a great number of experienced teachers. Few of them are Mrs. Khan, Mr. Rastogi, Mrs. Sehgal, etc and ofcourse, our Principal, Mrs. Indu Kaushik. They all just work hard to make their students work hard.
The school serves the students upto 12th class during which a student is given a lot of opportunities to show his/her talent in various competitions, contests, plays, functions, olympiads and more. The shool even involves students in many sports to compete with other Kendriya Vidyalayas all over the country. The school has won a number of certificates, medals and prizes in all these activities.
Academic Information :
1) The school follows CBSE syllabus and its rules. 2) Board students have to appear in 2 Unit Tests and 3 Pre-Boards before appearing for board examination throughout complete academic year. 3) Non-board students have to appear in 3 Unit Tests and 2 full length exams.
