Job Description
Tietoenator is looking for Senior Java Professionals for Indian Software Centre in Pune.
The person will be responsible for building enterprise-class & object-oriented Java application.
Responsibilities:
* 5+ years commercial experience in building enterprise-class, object-oriented Java applications.
* Experience working in distributed development teams, where your communication skills, leadership skills and team-awareness were critical to the success of the team.
* Expertise with open-source tools and frameworks e.g. Spring, Hibernate, Stripes, JUnit, TestNG, Ant, CruiseControl, Jboss and Tomcat.
* Seek constant improvement, strive to stay ahead of the curve and proactively keep abreast of new technologies.
* Pragmatic at all times and retain an awareness of the bigger picture.
* Self-starters that like to operate in a flat team structure where people organize themselves to get the job done, rather than waiting to be told what to do.
* Have your own opinions about how to build great software and be prepared to defend them.
* Experience of agile development techniques would be highly desirable, including test-driven development, simple design, refactoring, pair-programming, collective code ownership and continuous integration.

* Excellent knowledge of English – written and spoken

* Experience in the field / willing to learn, easy to approach people
* Ready to work international & Trustworthy & Ability to work independently
