I was noting down my observations, when the external called my roll number n i rushed to the interview room for my viva.I was extremely nervous and face turn red and warm, while my hands were as cold as ice.The external asked me to sit down and relax. Then he started asking questions, the questions were damn easy. Some were related to the practical and some were from the general theory portion.Later,I realised that the external was a student frienly person and I could answer most of the questions.
Tips for facing board viva:-
1.Remember your roll number and ensure that you don't keep the external waiting. Don't forget to wish the external.Remember "FIRST IMPRESSION IS THE LAST IMPRESSION".
2.Don't lose your nerve.Be calm and composed. The external is a human too and he won't eat you up.
3.Although they ask very simple questions, generally related to the basic concepts. But in case, you don't know the answer just try to say anything you know related to the topic.Believe me,they are not checking your knowledge, they are checking your confidence and wits.
4.You can always discuss with the students, who have already faced the viva, because, they generally repeat the questions.
5.Be well prepared and don't panic or else you tend to blank out!
ALL THE BEST!!!
