Welcome to some Glimpse of company profile and recruitment process with some personal experiences.
PROFILE:
HUAWEI is a China based world’s largest vendor of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. Shenzhen, Guangdong, People's Republic of China is the largest networking and telecommunications equipment supplier in China and one of the world leaders in this industry.
Established in 1988 by Ren Zhengfei [1], Huawei Technologies is a private high-tech enterprise which specializes in research and development (R&D), production and marketing of communications equipments, and providing customized network solutions for telecom carriers. Huawei serves 35 of the top 50 telecoms operators and puts 10 per cent of revenue into R&D each year.[2] In addition to the R&D centers in Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Xi’an, Chengdu, and Wuhan in China, Huawei has also R&D centers in Stockholm, Sweden; Dallas and Silicon Valley, U.S.; Bangalore, India; Ferbane in Offaly, Ireland; Moscow, Russia.

SELECTION PROCESS
There were six panels for technical and two for HR.
1.Written Test(3 different sets)( objective and mostly subjective)
(a)logical and numerical aptitude(10);really tough;
(b)technical(15);very easy(basic electronics,communication,microprocessor)
(c)language(5):very very easy(fill in the blanks)
2.Technical Interview(may be of 10min or 45 min)
communication based,frequency concept based,flip flops.
Took by a Single person
3.HR with Technical(is of 30-45 mins)
project based,gsm architecture,wireless technologies,area of interest;family background,hobbies etc
Took by an INDIAN gentleman and one CHINESE.
Then final result with Offering Letters.SOME QUESTIONS
APTITUDE
1.If ZVCJS is AUDIT what will be APPLE
2.logical age problem
3.average speed of path
4.upstream and downstream problem
5.total distance travelled
6.if ABC be 3 digit no.;such that C=sqrt(A) and B=A+C.what will be the no.(462)

TECHNICAL
1.no. of address busand data buses in 8086.
2.In SCR gate is given_______ voltage.(+ve)
3.to find sampling frequency.
4.cuase of depletion formation in diode.
5.to find impedance of a circuit.
6.characteristic frequency for waveguide
and some more basic electronics questions.
LANGUAGE(objective)
________ he go by tomorrow to meet the president.
________will happen if you succeed in the examinations
and some more very simple.

WRITTEN CLEARED:96
TECHNICAL CLEARED:30
HR CLEARED:25 and got Offering letters by same day.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
This was my 17 attempt and by the blessings of my near-ones and dear-ones, my continuous hardwork and patience I got what I dreamt for.My attempts were as follows:

Always remember the keyword “HAVE BELIEF IN YOURSELF AND NEVER LOOSE HOPE”
Never underestimate yourself and keep polishing yourself because a day will come when
Yours Frequency with match Companies frequencies and you will sure get the OFFER LETTER.
