Here are some tips to reduce stress.
1. Perk up your time management - Of the numerous things you can do in this comprise of learning to say "no", requesting for help when you really need it, and stop setting impractical goals for yourself.
2. Relax and take deep breathe - Whether you are feeling besieged by the quantity or work you have to complete "breathe through your nose deeply". 3. Take extra breaks from your work - Even a 5 minute break will help you in reducing the stress. Go away from your working station and back down is the best. 4. Lighten up - Smile more often.
5. Learn to listen more .
6. Fix your surroundings-Make whatever modification you need to the illumination, temperature, noise level and other convenient factors in your office.
7.Get longer hours of sleep .- In totaling to reducing your stress, it will augment your energy level and your aptitude to concentrate.
8. Spend more time with optimistic people .- Decide to work with people who have a positive attitude towards life as compared with the negative ones.

I fully agree with you on these. Stress can cause a lot of harm. In fact stress may even lead to heart disease. Thus it is very important to reduce stress in order to live healthy.
