I would like to share some tips and the reason behind, which will help you during interview process to make yourself stand at better position, Below all tips were I experianced through out my professional career:
- Be Dress well : It is important, because first impression is the best impression. You need not be very official, wear a simple dignified dress.
- Be Pleasent : It is very important, when you are appearing an interview don't nervous yourself, just think it is a kind of discussion with others.
- Be Confident : You knew where you are strong in, tell the same to Interviewers when they ask and be confident about your answers, even if you are not sure, but trust yourself.
- Be Honest : Be polite and honest when you don't know the answer, never ever try to manpulate the answer, Interviewers are not fools, they will catch you just like that.
- Be Realistic : Most of the us will go into dreams of success before attending the Interview itself. That makes you so nerves when you are appearing the interview because you are expecting positive result regardless your performance in Interview. Be concentrate on Interview and just think and prepare about how best you can perform in interview and don't about the result.
- Be Optimistic : Once you done with the interview, and then look for next scheduled interviews and be prepare for that, don't tense about the results of previous interviews.
- Learn from mistakes : In some Interviews we don't know answers for some of the questions, once you are done with interview make sure you learn that particular subject and know the answers, in such a way that you can keep learning the subject, that will give you an advantage for next interview.
In Simple words Your ( Confidence level + Honesty + Attitude ) will result 80% of success in Interviews, and remaining 20% is your subject knowledge and how you present yourself.
