I am full praises for the impressive achievements of the ladies mentioned in your list. Not only them but also people who recognise their achievements and bring them in the notice of others are also highly appreciable. Therefore I consider you also an important person and am sure will reach a very recognisable position in a very short time.
Ours being a male dominated society, it is very essential that the ladies who have achieved success in the career oriented fields be highly appreciated so that not only their morale but also the other ladies who are eyeing high growths in various fields are tremendously encouraged. Though this sex is very powerful and highly patient, it is the small appreciation that generates a very strong urge to achieve the best amongst them as they are also very emotional.
So if we have to grow as a super economy, we actually need these ladies and also many more who can actually be like them. For e.g. you
